Group Exercise Schedule 1-30 November 2017

 

Club Asia Fitness has six fully qualified fitness instructors that offer Personal training and Group X classes. We offer a full range of LES MILLS (Australian Licensed) – BODYJAM, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP and RPM Spin Bike classes. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new class is released every three months with new music and choreography. In addition Club Asia offer s Yoga, Aerobic, Fitball and Step classes. An average of 40+ Group X classes are offered each week.  Please click on menu for our monthly Group X and Spin Bike classes. 

 

Schedules are revised monthly and a hard copy is available at reception.
